Marjan, the master developer of freehold properties in Ras Al Khaimah, has announced the launch of Marjan Beach, a large-scale mixed-use destination expected to attract significant investment across real estate, hospitality and lifestyle sectors.
Covering 85 million sq. ft, the masterplan will deliver 22,000 residential units and 12,000 hotel keys, supporting a community of 74,000 residents and 32,000 workers. Designed as both a residential hub and tourism gateway, the project has capacity to host up to 180,000 annual visitors.
The development includes eight neighbourhoods, three kilometres of beach frontage and 6.5 million sq. ft of open green space. Features range from beachfront resorts and public beach access to a civic centre with government offices, a central park and mixed-use hubs integrating retail, leisure and innovation facilities. Housing options will span upscale, mid-scale and affordable units.
Abdulla Al Abdouli, Chief Executive Officer of Marjan, said the project marks one of the developer’s most ambitious undertakings to date and will play a key role in strengthening the emirate’s economic and lifestyle appeal.
Situated on the Arabian Gulf near Al Marjan Island, the new development is located close to projects such as Wynn Al Marjan Island, Al Hamra Village and Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone. It will benefit from ongoing infrastructure upgrades, offering improved connectivity to other parts of the UAE. – WAM
