The Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, one of the three chambers operating under Dubai Chambers, has unveiled its Launchpad Dubai platform during the opening day of Expand North Star 2025 at Dubai Harbour. The initiative aims to simplify market entry for global startups and entrepreneurs looking to establish and grow in Dubai’s thriving digital economy.
Launchpad Dubai serves as a one-stop platform offering access to essential business services and resources, including golden visa facilitation, legal advisory, funding opportunities, and setup support. The initiative directly supports the chamber’s mission to attract specialised talent, innovative tech firms, and digital investments to the emirate.
Through the platform, visiting companies are connected with strategic partners including Dubai Founders HQ (DFHQ), which provides guidance for scaling businesses; the Mohammed Bin Rashid Innovation Fund, offering financial and business growth support; and Antler, which connects early-stage founders with investors and mentors.
Business establishment support is provided by the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), offering tailored setup services, while Habib Al Mulla and Partners deliver legal and advisory guidance for market entry and incorporation.
Hosted by the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy and organised by Dubai World Trade Centre, Expand North Star 2025 brings together more than 2,000 startups and 1,200 investors from over 100 countries. The event reinforces Dubai’s position as a global hub for innovation, entrepreneurship, and digital transformation.
