The Dubai Land Department (DLD) is introducing a new suite of digital features and partnerships at GITEX Global 2025 that starts from October 13-17 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
The latest upgrades include next-generation tools for property valuation, advertising governance, and real-time market monitoring, all designed to enhance transparency, efficiency, and investor confidence. The department will also announce new collaborations with global leaders in artificial intelligence and PropTech to expand digital innovation and sustainability across the sector.
DLD’s new features build on a 19-year journey of digital transformation that has reshaped real estate governance in Dubai. Among its flagship platforms are Mollak for jointly owned property management, the Instant Transactions Platform offering live market data, and the Dubai REST app, which consolidates property information and services in one place. The enhanced Smart Valuation system now delivers faster, AI-driven property assessments, while upgrades to the Real Estate Advertising Governance System ensure greater accuracy and compliance.
Through these advancements, DLD aims to deliver a fully integrated digital experience aligned with the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033 and the Dubai Economic Agenda D33.
