Centurion Properties has launched Phase 2 of Burj Capital, its flagship Grade A+ commercial tower in Dubai’s Business Bay.

The development, spanning around one million square feet, will feature more than 238 premium office units, five retail outlets, and a mix of lifestyle amenities rarely seen in commercial projects, including wellness and fitness zones, pickleball courts, a swimming pool, and a viewing deck with Burj Khalifa and Canal views.

Moksh Garg, Managing Director of Centurion Properties said the project was designed to reflect Dubai’s ambition while introducing a lifestyle-driven approach to workplace design. “This is the only commercial tower in Dubai today that offers amenities typically associated with residential buildings. While 100 percent commercial, it delivers the feel of a lifestyle development,” he said.

Burj Capital Phase 2 builds on Centurion’s growing portfolio of commercial and residential projects across Dubai, including Centurion Star and Capital One developments.
