Aldar’s Yas Living sells out within days, generating over AED 1.3b

Aldar has announced the complete sell-out of Yas Living within days of its launch, achieving more than AED 1.3 billion in sales.

Located on the northeast side of Yas Island with views of the canal, Yas Living extends Aldar’s sought-after ‘living collection’ to one of Abu Dhabi’s most vibrant lifestyle destinations. The project attracted strong interest from a wide range of buyers, drawn by its contemporary design, dynamic amenities, and proximity to Yas Mall, Yas Central Park, Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi, Ferrari World, and Yas Marina Circuit.

Expatriate residents and international buyers accounted for 65 percent of total sales, with significant demand from the UAE, China, Jordan, India, and the UK. The development also appealed to a younger demographic — 65 percent of buyers were under 45 — while 71 percent were first-time Aldar customers.

Jonathan Emery, Chief Executive Officer of Aldar Development, said: “The rapid sell-out of Yas Living underscores Yas Island’s growing global appeal and Abu Dhabi’s strength as an investment destination. It also reflects Aldar’s strategy of creating vibrant, inclusive communities that resonate with modern lifestyles.”

Comprising 678 apartments across three buildings, Yas Living features studios to three-bedroom homes with a choice of light or dark interiors. Each building includes its own set of exclusive amenities such as swimming pools, a cinema room, zen garden, multi-function games room, children’s play areas, and a fully equipped gym.
