Ciel, soon to be crowned the world’s tallest hotel, has officially opened reservations ahead of its expected opening in mid-November 2025. Located in the heart of Dubai Marina, the 82-storey or 377-metre high architectural landmark will set a new benchmark as the world’s tallest hotel upon completion.
Room bookings are now open, and stays start from November 15. Nightly rates starting from AED 1,552 for deluxe rooms and going up to AED 4,305 for premium three-person suites that include access to the exclusive top-floor lounge. Guests will enjoy sweeping views of the Arabian Gulf, the Palm Jumeirah, and the Dubai skyline from one of the most elevated vantage points in the world.

Developed by The First Group, Ciel will feature 1,004 guest rooms and suites managed under The First Group Hospitality. The hotel’s amenities include an infinity pool and rooftop bar on the 76th floor, offering panoramic 360-degree views, as well as an observation deck and what is set to become the world’s highest club.
As of July 2025 development highlights listed on the website, showed that between 80 to 90 percent of the fitting work has been completed in preparation for receiving the guests.
Award-winning Asian restaurant Tattu Dubai will occupy three levels from the 74th floor, while the homegrown Risen Café and Artisanal Bakery will serve freshly baked goods and locally sourced dishes throughout the day. East 14, an all-day dining concept featuring flavours from across Asia — from Thai and Malaysian to Indian and Vietnamese cuisine.
Additional amenities include a full-service luxury spa on the 61st floor, designed to offer an unmatched wellness experience high above the city.
Ciel aims to secure Guinness World Records for the highest infinity pool and highest club. The First Group did not respond to the request for a comment by The Gulf Pulse at the time of publishing of this report.
